brennenstuhl® Solutions is our business division for customised solutions and product adaptations for companies. Our services range from targeted modifications of proven brennenstuhl® products to fully bespoke solutions.
We focus on power distribution solutions, including power strips, power distributors, cable reels, cables and leads, as well as plug and connector solutions.

We do not start from scratch: as an international manufacturer, we have decades of expertise in development and production, along with proven product platforms. This experience can serve as the starting point for your individual solution.
Our goal is not maximum customisation, but a technically and economically viable result. That is why we stay as close as possible to proven solutions while adapting them as much as necessary.

Custom power distributor
The challenge
A machine manufacturer needed a reliable power distribution solution precisely tailored to its various machine types. The aim was to offer customers a complete, ready-to-use solution rather than individual components, significantly reducing on-site installation effort.
The solution
Together, we developed a modular product family available in different cable lengths, power ratings and connection variants. This allows each machine to be paired with a suitable power supply and marketed as a coordinated complete system.
The result
The result was a custom power distributor for fixed connection, which can be equipped with Schuko or CEE connections depending on the application. All outlets are protected by residual-current protection and individual circuit breakers. The solution can also be optionally extended with customised control and monitoring technology.
The result is a product precisely tailored to the manufacturer's requirements, offering its customers a safe, convenient and ready-to-use solution.
Individual product modification
The challenge
A customer already had its own sensor system, activated by vibrations, which detects the operating status of a device. The aim was to transmit this information wirelessly and automatically switch a connected auxiliary device on or off.
The particular challenge was to combine two different electronic and wireless systems into one reliable overall system.
The solution
Working closely with the customer, we developed a custom wireless switching socket that receives the transmitted signals and converts them directly into switching commands. The wireless technology supplied by the customer was integrated with our switching electronics and tailored to the application.
The result
The result was a robust wireless switching solution suitable for outdoor use, capable of automatically controlling connected devices without cables. The overall system responds directly to actual use of the customer's device, enabling application-specific automation without additional wiring.
Close coordination of wireless, control and switching technology resulted in a solution precisely tailored to the customer's requirements.

brennenstuhl® Solutions focuses on power distribution products and solutions. These include in particular power strips, power distributors, cable reels, cables and leads, as well as plugs and connectors. Selected lighting products can also be adapted for specific projects.
Do I need a final product specification?
No. A detailed specification is not essential for your initial enquiry. A task, existing application, sample or initial idea may be enough to assess technical and economic feasibility.
What is the difference between product modification and a bespoke solution?
With product modification, an existing brennenstuhl® product forms the basis and is specifically adapted to the application. A bespoke solution goes further and is developed from a particular requirement.
What production quantities are possible for customised solutions?
The economically viable quantity depends on the type of modification, development effort and technical implementation. We therefore consider quantities alongside the other project parameters during the feasibility assessment.
